Everything sold by ArtGreece.com has a 15-Day ‘No Questions Asked’,
money-back guarantee. Customer must notify ArtGreece.com at
sales@artgreece.com before returning any products.
All returns
or exchanges and refunds
are subject to the following:
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Returns should be
shipped insured, as ArtGreece.com assumes no liability for lost or damaged
return shipments. All returns must be shipped via Fed-Ex. Your purchase
must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
All products must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging
ArtGreece.com takes extra precaution when packing and shipping
products to prevent any damages. If, despite our efforts, your order
arrives damaged you must notify us with in 24 hours of receipt at
sales@artgreece.com. Since
ArtGreece.com includes
insurance on all orders at no additional charge, you must keep all
products in original packaging for possible Fed-Ex inspection. All damage
claims must be filed by ArtGreece.com with Fed-Ex. This typically takes
7–10 days. Do not send back defective items without contacting
ArtGreece.com.
Throughout this entire site all price are in $ U.S. Dollars. Duties and taxes
associated with shipping of products outside of the U.S.A. are the
responsibility of the customer.
Applicable sales taxes will be charged to customers residing and/or
receiving shipments in Oklahoma.
If customer refuses delivery of a product(s) or if the product is unable
to be delivered due to incorrect information, the customer will be
responsible for all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
All the orders, placed
through our website, if in stock will be processed immediately and cannot
be cancelled.
Back Ordered products: When a customer places an order on a back ordered
product, means that the order is not in stock and will be shipped to the
customer when it becomes available (usually takes 4 - 6 weeks). You may
cancel your order within 10 days from the day it took place, by notifying
us at sales@artgreece.com , and get a
refund.
Fees from payment processing are subject
to the above policies.
If all ArtGreece.com
return policies are not followed, we cannot guarantee
refunds.
In no means shall ArtGreece.com be held liable for any direct, indirect,
special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damage, or
any damages or losses whatsoever.
Any litigation
regarding this agreement, or any transaction between a customer and
ArtGreece.com shall be brought to the state or federal courts located in
Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and the customer hereby agrees and submits to
such jurisdiction and venue as proper.
We respect your privacy and only use your information for the processing
and shipping of your order. We will never divulge your personal
information to anyone.
